The Final Report illustrates the research, conclusions, and recommendations of the three primary analyses performed on the 160 E. 22nd Project.  The four major analyses involved pre-fabrication, building energy managment, slurry wall integration, and Construction Means and Methods for the Cantilever. These analyses aimed to increase the marketibilty of Toll Brothers as a developer by decreasing accelerating project schedule, decrease utility costs for condo owners and solve major constructablity issues for the current project team.
